Ingredients
1.0 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract4.0 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)10.0 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)5.0 serving stevia liquid drop1.0 cup erythritol
Directions
This recipe is quite simple. Put the whipping cream and erythritol in a pan. Stir while heating until the erythritol dissolves. Dump the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Hold back some stevia and erithritol mixture so the sweetness can can be adjusted to taste. Chill and serve. Note: erythritol and stevia not accounted for in nutrition data because neither is counted in a ketogenic diet. Serving Size: Makes about 8 half cup servings
