Whole Wheat Steel Cut Oatmeal cookies

1 Haas avocado1/4 cup Smart Balance Spread1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup white sugar1/4 cup splenda1/2 cup liquid egg substitute2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice3 cups steel cut oats
Preheat oven to 325.
Peel, pit, and mash Haas avocado in a 1 cup measuring cup.
Add 1/4 cup smart balance.
Add enough applesauce to make a cup.
Cream this mixture together with sugars.
Cream in egg substitute and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients one at a time mixing well.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before tranferring to cooling racks to finish cooling.
