Broccoli cheese soup

Ingredients
1 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen 8 oz American Cheese 0.25 cup Butter, salted 6 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Milk, 1% 0.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Melt butter in a sauce pan, add chicken broth, add 8 ounces of cubed Val Vita and half a cup of Colby Jack cheese, stir frequently until cheese is blended. add heavy cream, Blend mixture well then add Broccoli and simmer for 40 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

Serving Size: Makes 10 to 12- 2 cup servings
