Ingredients
40 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh 16 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Hull strawberries, scoop out as much inside as possible with melon baller.
Combine room-temp cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Beat together until smooth Stuff straberries using an icing tip.
