Slow Cooker Honey Lime Ginger Pork

3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 8 tbsp Wild Flower Honey 1 tsp Garlic minced ready-to-use - 1 tsp (5 g) - 1/2 tsp = 1 clove - Spice Select .25 cup Cilantro - fresh 2 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 40 oz Pork Tenderloin
1) In a large skillet heat the oil over medium high heat. Salt and pepper the pork and lay in hot oil. Let the pork sear until the outside edges start to blacken. Place the pork in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2) In a small bowl whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and ginger. Pour over pork. Cover, and let cook 6-8 hours on slow or 4-6 hours on high or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
3) Once pork is finished, lay it onto a platter and pour the juices into a medium saucepan. Cook the marinade over medium heat and whisk in cornstarch. Cook a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Pour over pork. Garnish with option lime wedges and fresh chopped cilantro.
