Garlic Anchovy Buttered Tilapia

Ingredients
Fennel seed, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Butter, unsalted, .5 cup Anchovy paste, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Tilapia, 24 oz
Directions
1. Brush olive oil on tilapia
2. Grill until tilapia is opaque, about 3-4 mins on each side
3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, make sure butter is room temperature
4. Spread over the cooked tilapia
