CREAM OF SEAFOOD SOUP

Ingredients
8 oz Shrimp, cooked 8 oz Scallops, raw 5 oz Frozen Crawfish Tails 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup diced bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1/4 cup Alcohol, Sherry, Pompeian Cooking Wine0.50 tsp Ground Red Pepper (by --SHELLEY--) 2 tsp Thyme, fresh1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 cups Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Saute vegetables in butter until al dente, add scallops. Cut shrimp in half and add to mix. Add crawfish, do not thaw. Add spices and cook until scallops are done. Add cream, water and sherry. cook slow for 20 minutes. Do not boil! Enjoy!
