1 ripe avocadao1 tsp curry powderJuice of 1 lemonJuice of 1 lime1 tsp hot sauce of your choicedash of salt to taste
Directions
Makes 6 ample servings.

Scoop out a ripe avocado into a small bowl and mash them well. Add the curry powder, the juice of 1 lemon, the juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp of hot sauce to add a bit of zip, and a dash of salt and you are done!
