Flank Steak, 6 oz Bacon, 6 medium slices, cookedBeans, pinto, 1 cup*Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 4 can (10.5 oz)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepperAvocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds*Radish, Fresh, 2 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cilantro, raw, 4 tbspLime Juice, 6 wedge yields
Heat stock to boiling and add in seasonings and a bit of onion. Chopp and grill seasoned beef. Marinate the beef the night before if you get a tougher cut. Once meat is done keep hot and add hot crispy bacon. You could also cook bacon in soup stock. Ladel a bowl with pinto beans, beef, and bacon. Garnish with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy. Serve with some whole wheat tortillas.
