Vegan Feta Cheese

Ingredients
1 pkg (12 ounces or 340 grams) of firm tofu - crumbled2 ounces or 1/4 cup of water2 ounces or 1/4 cup of miso paste1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juiceDash of salt to taste1 tbsp freshed chopped rosemary1/2 tsp fresh chopped oregano
Directions
Makes 4 average sized servings

Blend all ingredients except for the tofu and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes to allow thhe flavours to blend.

Add the crumbled tofu to the mixture - the longer the tofu sits in the mixture the more flavour it will absorb.

This lasts for about 5 days in the fridge.
