Sour cream and chive mashed potatoes

Ingredients
6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw0.5 cup Sour Cream2.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives0.25 stick Butter, salted2.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Peel and boil potatoes. Once soft, drain and return to pot. Add all other ingredients and mix with hand mixer until creamy.
