1 pound lean ground chicken1 egg1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1 carrot, shredded1/3 cup onion, shredded1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon celery salt2 oz crumbled feta1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce (or your favorite), divided1 tablespoon butter
Mix Chicken, egg, panko, carrot, onion, garlic powder, celery salt, and feta together. Add 1/4 cup of hot sauce, and make sure to not overmix. Cook in skillet, and while cooking melt butter and mix with remaining hot sauce. Brush on burgers once they are done.
