Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
2 cup Flour, white 0.25 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Olive Oil 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.

Add water and oil and combine to make a soft dough, adding more flour if needed. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Separate dough into 8 pieces and roll out on a well-floured board with a floured rolling pin until they are very thin.

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and cook each tortilla -- first on one side until bubbles start to appear, then flip over and cook until done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 large tortillas
