16.0 oz Spaghetti - Barilla Spaghetti1.0 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine4.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Bring water to boil. Cook pasta per instructions, save water. Saute garlic, diced peppers, mushrooms. Add wine, simmer about 10 minutes. Add pasta and 2 cups pasta water. Top with parm
