4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2/3 cup Milk, Silk Organic Soy Milk half tsp Cream Of Tartar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 cups Flour - King Arthur all purpose flour 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar scant salt
Set Oven to 400 degrees
Mix dry ingredients, well.
Separately mix liquid ingredients, well.
Pour liquids into dry; dough will become stiff.
Drop approx 1/3c dough balls (will spread to about 2.5") onto greased cookie.
Cook about 20 minutes or until golden. Keep checking color & texture. (Over cooking will make biscuits too hard.)
