5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 16 tbsp Almonds - sliced 0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts 0.5 cup, chopped Pecans 0.75 cup Coconut Oil 0.25 cup Honey 0.25 cup Maple Syrup 0.5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and stir well to combine. Press into parchment paper lined baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes, rotating half way through. Cool completely and break up into smaller pieces. Store in air tight container.
