Silver noodle salad

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Fish Sauce2.0 fruit (2" dia) Limes16.0 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/1540.0 grams Cilantro, raw15.0 gram naab namyok seasoning37.5 gram bean thread vermicelli
Directions
Sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce Juice two limes Used one teaspoon laab namtok seasoning Chop cilantro 40 ounces Dissolve the seasoning in all of this completely. Slice one red onion per pound of meat and put into the sauce. Browned ground turkey one pound 85% fat Make sure some of the juice is left in the meat and when cooked add the sauce to the meat off of heat. Boil water. Then turn off the burner and add the Bean Thread vermicelli. Allowed to cook for 10 minutes. You want to use 7.5 ounces of the vermicelli. Drain and spread out the vermicelli to let all the water out. When the vermicelli is completely dry of all the water puts it into the sauce and mix very well. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
