Asian Chicken Cranberry Cole Slaw

Ingredients
3 cup Cabbage Cole slaw mix, Garden Express,3 cup broccoli and carrot slaw mix 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, julienned12 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 clove Garlic, minced 2 tsp grated Ginger Root 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Honey 6 oz Cashews with Sea Salt 1 cup Craisins Cherry Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries6 oz Sesame Sticks 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, chopped
Directions
In large bowl, mix slaws, shallots, yellow pepper, sesame seeds, chicken, cashews, Craisins, & sesame sticks. Whisk together in a cup the oils, vinegar, honey, soy, garlic & ginger. Pour over slaw mixture and stir.
