Ingredients
4 serving Just Whites Powdered Egg whites, 1tbsp (by ANDERPA) 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 cup Oats, Quaker 0.25 cup Flour, whole grain 20 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 serving Protein Powder, Jay robb Whey Protein, one scoop 4 oz Greek Gods Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non-fat 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 30 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 10 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tsp Orange Extract (by ENCOURAGED73)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients except on the baking soda. KEEP 1/2 tsp of flour. Boil some water and add the raisins. Mix yogurt with vinegar and stir. Allow to sit for 10 min. Add soda. Whisk. Preheat oven at 180. While oven is preheating, add the dry ingredients in the yogurt mixture. mix very well. You will need some moisture. Start by adding the milk tsp by tsp until you reach the result we want- a bread-like batter. Drain the raisins. Use some kitchen paper to dry them. Prepare some parchment paper. Mix raisins with flour and add them to the mixture. This will help them not "sit" in the bottom. Separate the batter evenly and form 8 rolls and bake for 20-25 min.
