Chicken and Gooey Dumpling Soup

Soup:18 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .25 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked .25 cup Cream Cheese 1 cup Milk, 1% 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Better than Boullion Vegetable Base (by APPIFANIE) Dumplings:1 cup Flour, white 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt .25 cup Milk, 1% 2 tsp Baking Powder
Chop chicken and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Add chicken, vegetables, cream cheese, milk, water, and bouillon into crockpot.
Cover, cook on high for 4-6 hours.
Whisk salt & baking powder into flour.
Cut oil into flour until mixture consists of pea-sized chunks.
Add milk, mix until combined.
Separate and roll dough in about 1Tbsp sized pieces.
Add to crock pot 15 minutes before serving.
