Ingredients
6.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Spinach, fresh4.0 tbsp chopped Shallots1.5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash4.0 fl oz White Wine2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil6.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium0.25 cup Arborio Rice5.0 serving Aidells Chicken and Apple sausage
Directions
Roast squash and mushrooms with Olive oil, salt and pepper. Melt butter and saute shallots add rice and wine. Cook for 2 minutes and begin adding heated chicken broth in 2 ladels at a time. Add in roasted veggies park cheese and sliced chicken sausage. Serving Size: 1 cup
