Kale quinoa chicken lemon salad

1 cup - Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 24 oz - Boneless Skinless Kirkland Chicken Breast 8 tbsp - Parmesan Cheese, shredded 0.5 cup - Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup 0.5 cup - Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 6-7 cups - Baby kale or chopped kale0.5 cup Avocado Oil (or olive oil )0.5 cup Lemon Juice 2 tsp - Honey 1 tsp - Salt 1 tsp - Pepper, black 0.5 - tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp - Oregano, ground
Cook chicken in bite size pieces.
Cook quinoa according to directions.
Once finished add chicken, quinoa, kale, raisins, seeds and Parmesan together in large bowl.
In small bowl mix oil, lemon juice, garlic salt pepper oregano, and honey.
Pour into large bowl and toss!
