Ingredients
1.0 cup Buttermilk, low-fat1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 1tsp Coconut Oil8.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1 Tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix egg, oil and buttermilk together, set aside. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry, add water if needed, cook on griddle. May take longer than regular pancakes. Serve with blueberries and syrup of choice Serving Size: 3
