Ingredients
1.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.5 1tsp Sesame Oil1.0 tsp Garlic1.5 cup, sliced Sweet peppers (bell)0.25 cup Soy Sauce5.0 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded5.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Cook sausage, drain, add peppers, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add slaw mix and green onions cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 3 9oz servings
