Crockpot Steel Cut Oats

1.5 cup Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened 1.5 cup Great Value Fat Free Milk 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup Quaker Steel Cut Oats 2 tbsp Honey 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 1tsp Coconut Oil
Chop apple into small pieces. Combine all ingredients except maple syrup and cinnamon in crock pot. Cook approximately 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low. Add cinnamon towards the end. I stirred together once in a while. I packed in 1/2 pint glass canning jars and put in fridge. When ready to eat, take one out, remove cover, and microwave on high for 1 minute then top with maple syrup and/or coconut almond milk or fat free milk if desired
