Ingredients
5.0 serving Zucchini Parmesan (1 baby zucchini)1.0 cup Snow Peas, fresh2.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw8.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
Directions
Sautee zucchini and onion, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. After browned, add peas and broccoli. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cover for 5 additional minutes. Season to taste with sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
