Asian meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup Green Beans (snap) 0.125 cup Tomato Paste 1.5 tbsp Fish Sauce 30 grams Cilantro, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients; roll into 1" balls; grease cookie sheet with the olive oil; bake at 375 15-20 min.
