48 oz 2oz Roma Tomato (by FSAMUEL6) 2 cup Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 9 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Pepper, black 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
I changed the original recipe a smidge. Did 1.5 times the original, but kept vegetable broth the same for a thicker soup. I also roasted the garlic before blending everything in the food processor.
