2.0 cup Fresh Express Fancy field greens salad5.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato0.25 serving Asparagus, Fresh, Steamed (1 Cup)85.0 gram Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw75.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw0.25 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)1.0 oz Walnuts0.5 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup
Rinse off all veggies under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Roughly chop each ingredient (except for the feta cheese). Mix well in a medium size bowl. Sprinkle feta cheese on top. *Optional: add a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning and your favorite low-cal salad dressing.
