Ingredients
15 mL Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 127 grams Cucumber (with peel) 125 grams Couscous 32 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 5 grams Capers, canned 31 grams Feta Cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients to jar and refrigerate overnight.

Dump in bowl or eat straight from the jar.
Add Salt, Pepper, Dill or Lemon Pepper as desired,
