4 large chicken thighs with skin 1 cup frozen peas 1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup32 fl oz water or chicken stock 1 cup Davinci Acini Di Pepe wheat semolina1/2 Lemon1/2 cup cashew or any milk you choose2 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp Mortons Season Salt1 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Onion Powder2 tbsp minced Fresh Garlic1 tbsp Old Bay Season1 tsp pink sea salt1 tsp Accent1 tbsp Oregano
In large pot add chicken thighs and seasonings, bring to a boil and cook until meat is done, skim scum off the sides of pot. Remove meat. Add peas and fresh garlic continue to boil, next add cream of chicken or mushroom soup, continue to boil, next in small bowl, mix milk & cornstarch until smooth and add to pot and mix well, next add Wheat semolina and lemon and constantly mix until it comes to a slow boil, turn down to a slow simmer and cook on low.
Remove skin, fat and veins from thighs and tear meat apart, add meat to pot and stir, keep on lower for another 5 to 7 minutes and turn off, ready to serve.
