.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 7.5 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 16 oz Turkey Sausage 93% lean cooked (from ground turkey) (by VINCE001) 12 serving Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g)
Saut� onions in a little cooking spray until translucent and tender, just a few minutes. Add mushrooms
and spinach. Allow spinach to wilt.
� Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Pour into heated skillet and scramble eggs until cooked.
� Add meat, taco seasoning, and tomatoes, stirring well to combine and coat.
� Fill tortillas with mixture and top with a pinch of low-fat cheese if desired.
� Fold tortillas into burritos, tucking in the sides so the filling is fully enclosed, and wrap in plastic wrap
to maintain form.
� Freeze!
� When you�re ready to enjoy, reheat in microwave for about 1�2 minutes, turning halfway.
