Healthy Italian White Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cans drained, rinsed white beans (cannellini)1 red pepper, diced½ small red onion, minced2 cloves garlic, minced1 can can artichoke hearts in water, drained and quarteredJuice of 2 lemons1 T extra virgin olive oil12 large cherry tomatoes, quarteredSalt and pepper to tasteQuarter cup chopped curly parsley10 large leaves of basil, rolled and finely julienned
Directions
Simply prepare all ingredients as indicated, mix them together, and serve! Great chilled for later, also.
