2.0 tsp Garlic powder2.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried0.33 tbsp cumin1.0 tsp Penzey's Salsa Seasoning1.0 serving(s) Beef Back Ribs - 7 ribs @ 3oz each w/bone removed
Directions
Rub seasonings on both sides of ribs. Place in covered roasting pan previously coated with cooking spray. Put in pre-heated 225 degree oven. Bake for 5-6 hours. Serving Size: 7 ribs
