Ingredients
200 g of 4% fat ground beef2 melba toast crushed60 g diced onions1/2 tsp of garlic powderdash of saltdash of pepper1/4 cup of tomato sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients together.
Spray a little pam in the pan.
cook burgers until no longer pink.
