Ingredients
Pizza Dough Recipe Makes 2 Pies2 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour2 C Whole Wheat Flour2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1 1/4 -1 3/8 C Water3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Pkg Red Star YeastToppings1 1/2 C Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)2 C Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded1/2 C Onions, chopped or sliced1/2 C Green Peppers 1/2 C Mushrooms slices Basil, 5 leaves tear2 Tbsp Oregano1 Tbsp Garlic powderVeggie Meat is Optional you would have to add in the extra Calories.
Directions
This Recipe is for 2 Pizza Pies 8 slices 1 slice a serving size.
Best if you have a Bread Machine to make the Dough. I also have clay pizza stones that are fantastic for baking pizza.
I just add all the dough ingredients in the machine until done.

Separate the dough into two halfs.
drizzle the pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or you can use a Cooking Spray to coat the pan.
Roll out the Pizza Dough to fill 2 round Pizza pans.

On one Pies
Add half of the Tomatoe Sauce and Spread evenly. Then I top it with Half of the cheese 8 oz.
Add Onions, Peppers, & Mushrooms.
Season with Oregano, Garlic Powder and Parmasian Cheese. and Top with torn peices of Fresh Basil..

Second Pie
I add the Tomatoe Sauce Top with the other half of the Mozzarella Cheese.
Seasonings Oregano, Garlic Powder, and Fresh Basil leaves.

Preheat oven and Bake at 400 for 20 mins.
