Enova Oil, 2 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Pure Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp Flour, whole grain, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Egg white, 2 serving
Mix ingredients together. Pour about 6 inch diameter of batter, wait till it bubbles up and flip.
Wait a minute and then serve.
This is excellent because the maple syrup is already in the batter, so there is no need to add extra sweetener.
