1/2 cup, slivered Almonds 1/2 Pecans pieces1/2 cup, Cashew pieces, oil roasted 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
Directions
mix all together and keep in plastic container

Serving Size:  1/4 cup on your salad
