Ingredients
1 Med Potato sliced in to semi thin slices1 tbls Extra Vergin Olive Oil1-3 shakes of Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning.Aluminum foil.Grill
Directions
Take aluminum foil and place sliced potato oil and seasoning in middle. fold up top and ends so all sides are closed and through on the grill right after coals lite. Let cook for 30 min or until potato's are cooked through. Take off grill and serve. Makes 1 individual serving.
