Ingredients
125 gram(s) Homepride self-raising flour (by BLUEBELL21) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 45 grams Olive Oil 15 grams Granulated Sugar 180 g Semi-Skimmed Milk (ml) (UK) 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, milk, oil and egg yolks.
Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff then fold into the flour mixture.
Heat a waffle iron and grease lightly with one cal spray.
Cook 2 tbsp at a time.
Enjoy with a light sprinkling of icing sugar or maple syrup.
