8.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 small Summer Squash4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw4.0 serving cooked perfect Italian style meatballs
Heat oil in pan. Add onion and peppers. Saute until semi-soft. Add squash and asparagus. Continue cooking. When soft, add frozen meatballs and cook until thoroughly hot. Season with pepper and oregano.
Can be served with pasta for more servings.
