Ingredients
8.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 small Summer Squash4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw4.0 serving cooked perfect Italian style meatballs
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add onion and peppers. Saute until semi-soft. Add squash and asparagus. Continue cooking. When soft, add frozen meatballs and cook until thoroughly hot. Season with pepper and oregano. Can be served with pasta for more servings. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
