0.24 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw9.0 cup Spinach, fresh56.0 gram(s) Cheese, President Fat Free Feta9.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°. Chop the onions while preheating a nonstick pan on medium heat. Place the onions in the pan and cook until translucent, then add mushrooms and cook another minute. At this time, whisk the eggs and cheese together and set aside. Start adding spinach in batches for the next minute until all is slightly wilted. Spray a pie pan, then add the vegetables and egg mixture. Cook in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 6 slices in a pie pan.
