4 cup Chicken Broth, Food Club (by MICHELLERD_1) 4 cup Bird's Eye, Mixed Vegetables, Frozen, California Blend (Carrots, Brocolli, Cauliflower) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 170 grams Portabella Mushrooms 4 cup Spinach, fresh 1 serving Chobani Greek Yogurt Low Fat Plain (2%) 1 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP
sautee onions and mushrooms, as they are really the only things not previously cooked; with oil. Move to a stew pot, and add rest of ingredients not including yogurt, and TVP. Once the spinach is cooked down, then stir in greek yogurt, and tvp, and cook so all ingredients get happy together
