32.0 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast24.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Cloves, ground0.25 tsp Allspice0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap10.0 cookie Gingersnap Cookies
Put all ingredients, except for cookies, into the slow cooker and set for 6 hrs. After 6 hrs, add crushed gingersnaps to make a thick gravy.
Serve with spaetzle, noodles, rice, mashed potatoes, matzoh balls, or dumplings.
