1361.0 Grams Potato, raw3.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Farina Cereal0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Heat a large pot of salted water. Cook potatoes until tender. Drain well and set aside to cool.
Rice the potatoes into a mixing bowl. Add eggsfarina, flour, and nutmeg. Mix well. Roll into golf ball sized dumplings. If the dumplings don't stick together, add more beaten egg.
Cook them in hot water at a simmer until all are floating. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 12 or mire dumplings. Enough for 6 to 8 people.
