Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
6 c. prepared fresh fruit (cleaned,peeled,pitted)1/2 c. sugar3 tbsp. cornstarch1 c. flour1/2 c. margarine1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional depending on fruit)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 or 9" square baking dish.

In large bowl, toss fruit with sugar and cornstarch; pour into prepared baking dish.

Cut margarine into flour, brown sugar and cinnamon mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the top of fruit in baking dish. Bake 35 - 45 min. until fruit is bubbly and topping browned.

Serve warm.

Can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.
