Incredible low carb "bounty" pudding

2 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 8 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 cup Coconut milk (light) 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Mix yogurt, stevia and coconut milk. Divide the batter in half. Mix half with the coconut flour (be careful with the crumbs) and the rest with the cocoa. Put in layers in 2 nice cups or glasses. Top with shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy very cool! (you can refrigerate for 30 min too)
