Tortilla de Patata

2 large potatoes1 large onion1 cup of oil6 extra large eggs
1. Heat a skilled ove rmediam heat with about 1/2 cup of oil. Chop the onions into thin slices and the potatoes into thicker ones. Put it into the skillet once it is heated. Constantly move the onions and potatoes.
2. While the onions and potatoes cook, whisk together the eggs. Once the potatoes and onions are cooked, add it to the bowl of whished egg. Mix the onions and potatoes well with the eggs, until it is a thick mixture.
3. Preheat the skillet with the other 1/2 cup of oil, once heated pour the mixture onto it. Once it begins to look cooked and solid, get a plate and flip it onto it. Quickly put the tortilla de patata back on the skillet, so it can continuet o cook the other side.
4. Once it is done, it will somewhat look like the shape of a pie. You can either eat it right away or let it cool. Enjoy! Serves six people.
