2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 stick Butter, unsalted .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Honey 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3 tsp Baking Soda 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 serving Apple, Gala (medium) .5 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
Mix Eggs, Brown Sugar, Softened Butter, Sour Cream, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla, Honey and half of mashed bananas. Mix in Flour and baking soda mixture. Stir in remaining banana, Chopped apples and nuts.Cook on 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
