750 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 60 grams Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER OAT LIFE, plain 4 large Egg white, fresh 75 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 8 tbsp *Smuckers Blackberry Sugar Free Jam 8 tsp Erythritol (by GHGHNOW) 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 25 grams Corn Starch
Preheat oven at 200. In a saucepan heat milk (don't boil!) and dissolve erythritol. Add all the dry ingredients and cook in low temperature until it thickens.
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add lemon. Take a nice non-stick 10 inch spring pie pan. Grease it slightly.
Combine all ingredients except on jam. Mix well. Add in the pan. Using a fork put jam in small parts making small "waves". Bake at 180 for 50 min. Allow to cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours and enjoy
